About the Role We're hiring Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As a Center Manager, you'll run your center like a business owner—with strong HQ support—and play a key role in shaping student outcomes, family trust, and the growth of our brand. What You'll DoCenter Ownership & Operations Lead day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth scheduling and classroom flow Build strong, trusted relationships with families Monitor student learning progress and track satisfaction Growth & Marketing Drive enrollment through school outreach, local events, and community partnerships Convert trial students into long-term enrollments Partner closely with our Growth Team to hit center targets Team Leadership Recruit and train tutors with HQ support Build a fun, professional, and reliable team culture Coach and develop team members through feedback and support Systems & Collaboration Pilot new systems, share feedback, and help improve processes Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ (training, curriculum, marketing) You're a Great Fit If You Are Outgoing, positive, and people-oriented Organized, dependable, and execution-focused Open to learning marketing and operational skills Interested in building a long-term career with growth opportunities Excited to lead a small team and build something from 0 to 1 Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Based in the Bay Area and available for full-time, in-person work Strong communication skills Experience in education, operations, customer service, or leadership is a plus (not required) Growth Path Center Manager ?
