(Sales/Customer Service can be in other industries besides automotive) We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Land Rover sales team . Automotive sales or internet sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome strong performers from hospitality, bartending, waiting tables, or military backgrounds who have proven success in sales and customer service. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. Sales experience required (automotive, retail, or hospitality) Internet/BDC, luxury, or customer-facing background preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Driven, motivated, and coachable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and demeanor. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and industry trends. Foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Standing and Walking: Consultants often spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership, assisting customers, and demonstrating vehicles. Sitting: There may be periods of sitting, such as during customer meetings or paperwork. Reaching and Bending: Consultants may need to reach into vehicles to demonstrate features or retrieve items.
