Marketing Coordinator (Channel / Retail) Location: Onsite Burlingame, CA preferred Pay: $50-65/Hr (W2) Duration: Initial 7-month contract (expected extensions/conversion) Schedule: MondayFriday, 40 hours/week Start Date: March 2026 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation & sick leave, 401(k) Job Overview: We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support North America Partner Enablement. This role focuses on planning, executing, and tracking retail and channel marketing programs for AR/VR products , with a strong emphasis on retailer collaboration and in-store online activation. You'll work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to manage campaigns, support retail partners, and ensure programs launch on time and perform as expected. Key Responsibilities: Retail & Account Support Manage day-to-day marketing support for a major retail partner (Best Buy Canada) Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners Support in-store and online customer journeys for AR/VR products Marketing & Project Coordination Coordinate channel marketing campaigns and product launches Track timelines, deliverables, and execution across teams Ensure alignment with business goals and retail requirements Performance & Reporting Track campaign performance, sales data, and key metrics Share insights and recommendations to improve future programs Retail Experience & Activation Support in-store marketing, merchandising, and promotional activations Collaborate with retail and field teams to optimize placement and visibility Ideal Qualifications: 35 years of experience in channel marketing, consumer electronics, marketing project management, or related marketing field BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Strong understanding of the consumer electronics market, industry trends, and competitive landscape Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage collaborative workloads and deliver within tight timeframes Experience working with retailer partners to execute customer journeys both online and in-store Creative, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must Have Skills: Communication of effective information both ways Project management Operating priorities, adaptable Retail Marketing experience Consumer electronics/ product experience Nice-to-Have: Proficiency with Salesforce and GSuite applications Channel marketing take data and translation Experience with visual merchandising and field services Background in launching products and promotions in-store and online Experience working with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Sales) Canadian experience in marketing Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
