Job Description Job Description Thuma is seeking a proactive
Retail Associate to join our new team in San Francisco. Reporting
directly to the Store Manager, the Retail Associate will exhibit an
inviting, elevated, confident and friendly attitude whilst
delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our San
Francisco store team. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional
customer experience, ensuring every guest receives warm,
personalized service. Maintain the store’s visual identity within
brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment
Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge Work collaboratively
to achieve daily goals and contribute to the overall success of the
store. Operate all systems seamlessly, including POS, inventory
management, and clienteling platforms. Serve as a Thuma Brand
Ambassador Build and nurture client relationships Support the
ecommerce customer experience team by responding to customer
service emails when needed. Step into the cafe when needed, taking
orders and serving customers with precision and care. Support
Management on back-of-house operations Maintain store appearance
and cleanliness on a daily basis Other activities and functions to
facilitate store success as necessary. What You’ll Need: This job
requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and
occasional holidays. This job requires the ability to work
in-person at the Thuma store in San Francisco 1-2 years of
experience in Retail A proven record in delivering excellent
customer service within a similar retail environment Keen attention
to detail A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to
take initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with
Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly is a plus. Strong communication,
collaboration and problem solving skills Physical Requirements:
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Capacity to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.,
using proper equipment and safety techniques. Thuma provides an
