Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toTechnical Consulting Manager IIYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering electrical system analysis services within Electrification Service in the United States, ensuring that the work meets project specifications. As an ABB Power System Engineer (PSE), you will work with both internal and external clients, providing recommendations and evaluating specifications based on project needs. Your tasks will include analyzing, planning, designing, and developing proposals, including cost estimates. The work model for this role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA. #LI-Hybrid This position contributes to the Electrification Services division in North America. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing quotes based on project one-lines and specifications for data collection, short circuit, equipment evaluation, coordination, arc flash, load flow, harmonic, and power quality analysis.
• Working to reduce costs and improve the quality of service and project delivery.
• Leading proposals for services and/or products to meet customer needs.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the sales team during offer preparation.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key technical contacts and exchanging technical knowledge.Qualifications for the role

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with a major in electrical or computer engineering.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Easy Power, SKM Power Tools, ETAP, Aspen, and EMTP.
• PE or FE/EIT certification is preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically approximately 25% of the time.
