+ Deal directly with Customers either by telephone, email or face
+ Respond and process Customer inquiries and requests promptly.
+ Management of the order process from receipt through production
+ Establish, Update and Manage Customer Accounts and Databases.
+ Manage requests for Compliance Documents and Accounting
+ Manage credits, price exceptions and credit holds.
+ Management of the quote, sample and complaint processes to ensure
timely information to the Customer.
+ Establish partnerships with Customers and Regional Sales
+ Interactions with Customers on the phone to establish and

+ Follow up on Customer Interactions.
Key Performance Indicators:
+ Accuracy of orders.
+ Responses to requests and inquiries within 24 hours.
+ Accurate Requested Ship Dates and Due Date.
+ Closure of quotes and sample requests.
+ Closure of customer complaints.
