What You'll Be Doing: This is not your average defense gig. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a full caseload of civil litigation matters, particularly professional and general liability Conducting and defending depositions Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs that actually get used in court Making court appearances and delivering arguments Participating in rapid response litigation events—think on-site accident investigations Collaborating with seasoned trial attorneys who mentor, not micromanage You'll Thrive Here If You Have: A license to practice in California (Nevada Bar is a plus) A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience A genuine passion for courtroom advocacy Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Confidence, presence, and a trial-first mentality Why This Firm?
