the Finance Integrated Solutions (FIS) Project Management Office
(PMO) finds value in efficient operations and robust project
support. As a PMO Operations Contractor within FIS, you'll play an
integral role in supporting the daily operations of our PMO,
ensuring our tools are optimized, templates and documentation are
maintained and optimized, reports are accurate, and inquiries are
handled promptly. You will be a key enabler for our project
managers and leadership, contributing to the overall success of
various FIS projects across the organization. Description In this
role, you will work closely with various FIS business teams and
project managers within the organization to provide essential
operational and administrative support to the FIS PMO. You will be
instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our
project management processes and tools. The PMO Operations
Contractor needs to be consultative and flexible enough to manage
diverse administrative tasks, provide critical support for
reporting, and act as a central point of contact for team
inquiries. You will help maintain the operational foundations of
the FIS PMO and deliver timely support that enables our FIS project
teams and leadership. Creativity, collaboration, and drive are
required. Key Qualifications PMO & Project Management Experience
Proven experience in project management or supporting a Project
Management Office (PMO), preferably within a FIS or related domain.
Understanding of project lifecycle and PMO functions. Strong
understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile,
Waterfall) and project lifecycle. Experience in developing and
implementing PMO processes or frameworks. Ability to effectively
manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Ability to analyze complex data and situations to identify root
causes and propose effective solutions. Core Competencies Highly
self-sufficient, resourceful, and capable of working independently
with a continuous improvement mindset and minimal supervision.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced
environment. Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes
quickly and efficiently. Creative thinker with strong
problem-solving skills; ability to translate an idea or problem
into a solution. Effective working cross-functionally, gathering
and understanding process and requirements. Eager to partner with
team members on projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to communicate complex project information clearly and
concisely to various audiences, both technical and non-technical
audiences. Operational Support Skills Experience providing
administrative support for enterprise tools and systems. Collect,
analyze, and present project data, including key performance
indicators (KPIs) and metrics, to stakeholders clearly and
concisely. Assist in the development and improvement of PMO
processes, templates, and tools. Collaborate with project teams to
ensure adherence to established project methodologies and
standards. Proficiency in generating and maintaining reports,
dashboards, and metrics for leadership. Strong organizational
skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Education and
Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project
Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical
experience. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a PMO or project
coordination role, preferably supporting Finance projects. Must be
proficient in Excel for Mac and managing large sets of data (i.e.
pivot tables, charts, etc.) client experience OS preferred Nice to
Have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification TB_EN ZR
