Job Description:
Job Family: SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Consulting Travel Required: Up to
25% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You
Will Do: - Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. -
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry
trends to drive innovation. - Conduct technical assessments and
provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow
implementations. - Perform unit, system, and integration testing. -
Debug and fix technical problems. - Support the development of
detailed technical documentation. - Provide demonstrations of
developed applications to product owners and end users. -
Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression
testing and reconfiguration. - Ensure the security, scalability,
and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. What You Will Need: -
Minimum of FIVE (5) years of ServiceNow experience. - Bachelor’s
degree required - Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or
DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of
their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates
with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. - US
Citizenship is contractually required - Experience in ServiceNow
Modules such as HRSD, GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App
Engine and Scoped Apps. - Experience with scripting (JavaScript,
Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. - Experience
with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables,
and controls. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. -
Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish
rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels. - Heightened
attention to detail when developing technical solutions. What Would
Be Nice To Have: - Experience working in an Agile environment. -
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business. -
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD). - Candidates with
an Active "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred. -
Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF). -
Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the
Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week. - Experience
with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and
REST, preferred. - Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications. - General
understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial
operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk
management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment. The
annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00.
Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including
but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security
clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and
