Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Crusoe's mission is to
accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting
the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously
with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability. Be a
part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe.
Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact,
and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible,
transformative cloud infrastructure. About the Role The Senior
People Insights & Analytics Manager is the strategic translator of
our workforce data. You will bridge the gap between "what the data
says" and "what the business does." In this role, you will partner
closely with the Total Rewards and People leadership teams
interpreting complex compensation and sentiment data to build
narratives that drive action. You will operationalize these
insights—equipping Employee Success Partners and managers with the
intelligence they need to make better decisions about pay,
retention, and culture. You will act as a consultant to the
business, answering the critical "So what?" behind our compensation
and employee experience data. What You'll Be Working On
Operationalizing Compensation Insights: Partner with Total Rewards
to take comp data (merit cycles, equity analysis, market
benchmarks) and translate it into actionable strategies for the
business. You will help leadership understand how our pay strategy
impacts retention and performance. Strategic Consulting &
Enablement: Act as a trusted advisor to Employee Success Partners
and Business Leaders. You will package insights into "toolkits"
that help managers understand their team's engagement drivers and
compensation positioning. Employee Listening Strategy: Own the
end-to-end architecture of employee listening—from annual
engagement surveys to lifecycle pulses. You will design the
strategy, analyze the results, and ensure the feedback loop is
closed with meaningful action Integrated Analysis (Connecting the
Dots): synthesize data from disparate sources. You will analyze how
Total Rewards programs influence Employee Experience, identifying
correlations between pay transparency, fairness perception, and
employee sentiment. Executive Storytelling: Transform complex
datasets into clear, high-impact narratives for the C-Suite to
front line leaders. You will use data visualization tools (Sigma)
to tell the story of the employee journey, making the complex
simple. Program Effectiveness: Measure the ROI of our People
programs. You will assess whether our compensation philosophy and
culture initiatives are actually driving the behaviors and outcomes
we want. What You'll Bring to the Team Experience: 7 years of
experience in People Analytics, Total Rewards Strategy, or HR
Business Partnering with a heavy analytics focus. Insight
Activation: You don't just email a spreadsheet; you know how to
operationalize data. You have experience enabling HR teams and
managers to use data to change outcomes. Compensation Fluency: You
are fluent in the language of Total Rewards. You understand bands,
comp-ratios, and equity vesting, and you know how to explain these
concepts to non-experts. Employee Listening Expertise: Deep
experience with survey design and methodology. You know how to
craft questions that get to the truth, how to analyze sentiment
without bias, and apply sound statistical reasoning. Consultative
Presence: You are comfortable digging deeper with curiosity. You
can look at a dataset and instantly identify the most important
things a leader needs to know. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern
HR data stacks (Rippling, Ashby, Culture Amp/Qualtrics) and an
ability to use visualization tools to make data digestible. Bonus
Points I/O Psychology Background: An advanced degree in
Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related behavioral science.
Change Management: Experience leading change initiatives based on
data insights. AI/NLP Interest: A desire to use AI tools to
summarize qualitative feedback and democratize insights for the
business. Benefits Industry competitive pay Restricted Stock Units
