Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Roseville, CA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,152 to $1,296 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $32.00 - $36.00/Hourly. Summary: A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related activities. COTAs assist in implementing therapy programs designed to develop, recover, or maintain skills needed for independent living. Responsibilities: Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, coordination, and mobility. Help patients practice activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathing.
