You will have the opportunity to provide care to the underserved in
our communities while practicing a wide scope family medicine with
a multi-disciplinary approach. We are looking for Part Time or Full
Time Family Nurse Practitioners to join the Team! Salary:
$135,500.00 - $161,300.00 full time annual salary. Must be eligible
to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved
Benefit Highlights: Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental
and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. 27 Vacation
Days, 11 Paid Holidays, 8 Days Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30

waiver and low patient to provider ratio Job Duties: Providing
excellent primary care for every member of our community from
newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting Being a part of a
forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and
support between departments Qualifications: 5 years outpatient
experience. Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license. Board Certified.
