Registered Nurse (RN) | Interventional Radiology Location: San Francisco, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,094 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/10/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years in Interventional Radiology License: Current RN License Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS Must-Have: Moderate Sedation competency in Interventional Radiology and Neuro Interventional Radiology Ability to float to other facilities Description: The Registered Nurse will provide nursing support for patients undergoing imaging services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology procedures. Responsibilities include IV support, preparation for procedures, moderate sedation, monitoring, recovery, and providing post-procedure instructions. Candidates should possess strong skills in special procedures, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, use of reversal agents, starting and maintaining IVs, infection prevention, and interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. The role requires the ability to wear lead aprons as necessary and the capability to work in MRI settings as needed. Experience in ICU, Emergency Department, PACU, or procedural areas is preferred. Certification in Radiology Imaging Nursing and PALS is also preferred. The role involves floating to other departments and facilities as needed.
