Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and
minimum 1 years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who
do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Radiologic
Technologists skilled in operating x-ray equipment to produce
high-quality diagnostic images are needed for a contract position
in Fort Bragg, CA. This opportunity involves working with advanced
radiology technology to assist physicians in accurately diagnosing
patient conditions. Responsibilities: Operate x-ray machines to
capture radiographs of specific body parts as ordered by
physicians. Position and instruct patients before examinations,
ensuring comfort and safety. Adjust x-ray equipment settings
including voltage, current, and exposure time tailored to each
exam. Prepare examination rooms and maintain equipment for optimal
use. Perform diagnostic screening procedures and document key
information for physician review. Monitor patients during
procedures to ensure safety and accuracy. Verify completed exams on
PACS and communicate significant findings to physicians. Complete
other duties as assigned related to imaging technology and patient
care. Qualifications: Associates Degree in Radiological Technology
preferred. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT-Radiography) required. Valid Radiologic Tech
licensure in California required. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification mandatory. Fluoroscopy license must be obtained
within six months of hire. Ability to adhere to organizational
safety and health standards, including vaccinations. Location: Fort
