Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Radiologic Technologist – Northern California Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Santa Rosa, California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Travel assignment with weekend requirements; 8-hour orientation provided Highlights: - Work with diverse imaging modalities including GE, Philips, O-ARM, and PACS systems - Comprehensive patient care across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics - Perform procedures in multiple settings: Emergency Department, ICU, Operating Room, and outpatient areas - Collaborative environment with full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams - Exposure to advanced imaging procedures including arthrography, myelography, ERCP, and C-Arm procedures - 3-room imaging department with varied case mix including trauma, contrast studies, and portable procedures Requirements: - Active California CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) license required - ARRT (R) and BLS certifications current and in hand - Minimum 1 year of radiologic technologist experience required - Previous travel experience required; charge experience preferred - Epic charting system experience preferred - Community hospital, Trauma Level I, and/or Trauma Level II experience preferred - Proficiency in contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, and infection prevention protocols - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment in comparable specialty within the last three years - Must reside outside 50-mile local radius - Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) - Willingness to float within facility or to affiliated facilities as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your radiologic technology skills across a broad spectrum of imaging procedures and patient populations.
