Overview: Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver
exceptional patient care while maintaining professional
accountability for your assigned patients. You will assess the
overall effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers and
collaborate with various departments to coordinate patient care.

patient information are essential aspects of this role. Your

standards. Position Details: Night Shift Sign-On Bonus: Graduate
Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Position: TCU RN
Schedule: 36 hours per week, Nights Location: Mercy Hospital
Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028 Join our dynamic and energetic 20-bed
unit, which includes a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and an
8-bed Transitional Care Unit (TCU). Our team works collaboratively
to provide top-notch care to our patients, ensuring they receive
the lifesaving support they need. As a medical-surgical ICU, we
encounter a diverse range of patients and diagnoses, offering
numerous educational opportunities for our staff. The TCU caters to
acutely ill patients who are transitioning from ICU care or are not
yet at the point of requiring ICU services. This fast-paced
environment demands strong critical thinking skills, making it an
excellent learning space for new nurses. Our success is rooted in
exceptional teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications: Education: Completion of a nursing program
(Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: It is your
responsibility to secure and maintain a current RN license in the
state of employment, adhering to all state board of nursing
regulations. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from
the American Heart Association or successful completion of the
