Job Description & RequirementsPhysical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)StartDate: 5/5/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1783.00 - $2055.00PT - SNF needed ASAP Marysville Post Acute is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and regain independence following surgery, injury, or illness. You will work in a collaborative, supportive environment, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care to achieve optimal outcomes. **Education**: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. - **Licensure**: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing. CPR and First Aid certification preferred - **Experience**: Prior experience in post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care is highly desirable but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. - **Skills**: Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to create and implement individualized therapy programs. Excellent communication skills, both with patients and interdisciplinary team members. - **Personal Traits**: A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to motivate and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
