results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our B2B
client base. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of
successfully growing business from the ground up (0 to 1) and
excels in overseas lead generation, product demos, and
telemarketing. This role requires strong market expansion skills
and the ability to identify and engage target customers
effectively.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through inbound
lead follow-ups, cold calling, email outreach, and social media
engagement.
- Assess potential customers' needs, qualify leads, and determine
product-market fit (PMF).
- Track and manage prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and
maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine sales
strategies, materials, and storytelling techniques.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify
new growth opportunities.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to optimize product
offerings and messaging.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university.
- Minimum of 2 years in business development, preferably in B2B
SaaS or AI industries.
- Experience in growing business from 0 to 1 is highly
preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written
communication skills for product demos and customer engagement.
Language proficiency may provide opportunities for collaboration in
