Job Description:

The General Manager of PsychStategies operates the day-to-day functioning of the business as well as attends to the overall wellbeing of the company. - The General Manager has a staff of five which includes two billers, one intake coordiantor, one bookkeeper, one administrative assistant. - In addition, the General Manager oversees the day-to-day functioning of 34 licensed therapists and psychologists, but has no duties with regard to clinical issues. - Experience in the mental health field or medical field is preferred. - Experience in insurance billing and human resources is preferred. - PsychStrategies has been awareded the "Best Places to Work" by the North Bay Business Journal for eight straight years. - Salary Range is $70, 000 to $80,000 depending on experience, plus potential bonuses. - Please send resume to bmosby@psychstrategies.com or call 707-303-3224.
