A prestigious San Francisco Bay Area Healthcare Organization is seeking an Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse ManagerThe Nurse Manager of the ASC will oversee the planning, organizing, directing and managing a 4 Operating Room Suites, with 18 pre-op and recovery beds.The Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Surgical Services will report directly to the Ambulatory Surgery Center Clinical Director: assisting in strategic development, policy revisions, and planning of clinical budgets. The Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager will collaborate with an amazing staff of nationally recognized Surgeons, and manage a motivated and experienced nursing and administrative staff. -The Ambulatory Surgery Center AManager will direct clinical operations for this Award winning Medical Center specializing in Orthopedic, Spine, Podiatry and Pain Management surgical procedures. The Surgery Center Nursing Manager will not only oversee the day-to-day operations, but will also occasionally assist in procedures. The Surgery Center Clinical Manager will also: manage patient care services, ensure a clinically safe environment, and uphold the standards of the Joint Commission / OSHA. -The Nurse Manager oversees budgets for the ambulatory surgery center and is responsible for training, evaluating and supervising staff. The Nursing Manager of Surgery should possess a high level of clinical competency as well as leadership skills. Additionally, the Nurse Manager Perioperative Service will assist with educating new nurses, new grads and will collaborate with the Perioperative Services Educator with continuing education of the staff.The Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager will have complete oversight of the Center.
