Sunnyvale, CA | In-Person $45–$50/hour Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Ready to work on the next generation of vehicle technology ? We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician to support the design, buildout, testing, and maintenance of advanced vehicle test rigs and platforms. You’ll work directly with cutting-edge systems—assembling, wiring, testing, and maintaining the technology that powers next-generation automotive platforms. What You’ll Do Build, wire, and test mechanical, electrical, and vehicle systems Troubleshoot sensors, computers, and vehicle components (root-cause analysis & calibration) Maintain and organize lab inventory, tools, and parts Manage parts procurement and supplier relationships Collaborate closely with engineers to minimize vehicle downtime while prioritizing safety What We’re Looking For 2 years of hands-on technical experience (automotive, mechanical, electrical, robotics, or similar) Strong skills in prototype assembly, wiring, soldering, and cable builds Ability to read electrical schematics and datasheets Experience working in a shop or lab environment Comfortable with diagnostic tools, 3D printers, and shop equipment Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting ? Nice-to-Have (Not Required) Python, Linux, or ROS experience CNC, machining, welding, or fabrication skills CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred) Experience with AV sensors (LiDAR, radar, cameras) ? Schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Occasional weekends or overtime depending on build needs Why This Role?
