Key responsibilities include preparing bids, advising sales on printing options, collaborating with sales and production teams, and recommending cost-saving solutions. The role requires strong attention to detail, math skills, and knowledge of printing processes. Responsibilities • Develop accurate product estimates and pricing by entering customer, sales or creative supplied specifications into estimating program and determining the appropriate production centers required. • Evaluating all methods of production for price and efficiency • Follow established guidelines and procedures. • Exhibit ability to take verbal instructions while taking notes to properly produce assigned projects. • Exhibit excellence in customer service and the ability to serve others. • Excellent time-management, ability to manage deadlines • Smart and self-reliant, able to produce great work with minimal supervision and within tight timelines. • Ability to work independently and find the best solutions for a problem. • Detail-oriented, excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Self-starter and highly organized.
