You'll build strategic relationships, shape messaging, and enhance market penetration. Ideal candidates have M&E expertise, business development experience, and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and engage with partners to build a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling messaging.
• Manage channel partnerships and execute field marketing activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert, build relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Monitor partnership performance and optimize strategies based on insights.Requirements
  • 7+ years in business development within M&E.
  • Proven ability in marketing strategies, M&E landscape understanding, and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in field marketing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
